Mosh is a registered trademark of Keith Winstein (U.S. Reg. No. 5560721).

Goblin Skiff is an independent fork of Mosh. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by,
or sponsored by the Mosh project or Keith Winstein. References to Mosh in this
project's documentation are descriptive, and identify the upstream software that
Goblin Skiff is derived from and compatible with.

Goblin Skiff is distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or later,
with the same OpenSSL and iOS exceptions as upstream Mosh. That license covers
copyright only and conveys no trademark rights.
